My name is Mark V.  My wife Jennifer and I currently have our property under contract with Bret Ransley at your Sutherland office. 

I'd like to take the opportunity to commend Bret and also his assistant Mia Smith for the amount of hard work they have done over the last 4 weeks to secure us a sale in what were at times very difficult circumstances. 

We thank them for their level of professionalism and determination to achieve a desired result for us.

I'd especially like to mention the work that Mia did for a period in Brets abscence.  Mia kept us informed and up to date at all times during some lengthy negotiations and despite her youth and level of experience she represented us with complete professionalism and maturity beyond her years.  To the point of continuing negotiations with a potential buyer at one point whilst on her day off from the office.

We'd like to thank Bret also for his commitment to achieving a sale for us and in particular the negotiations and amount of effort he had to give in relation to representing us with the buyer just prior to securing the deal for us.

Bret and Mia were two very real assets for us in our effort to sell and we will have no hesitation in recommending their services to friends or family looking to sell property in the area.
